An Emmaus Meal to support Hungry for Change

A group of 19 CAFOD supporters joined together on a March Saturday morning to hear an update on the Hungry for Change campaign from Diocesan Manager Helen Moseley, and share lunch together.

The group had an Emmaus Meal, which is a CAFOD resource that helps groups come together to reflect on the stories of people from El Salvador, Kenya and Bangladesh while sampling food from those countries, and reflecting more widely on the part food plays in our lives, and the issue of hunger in the world.

People came from Shipston-on-Stour, Bicester, Banbury and Carterton and plan to get together at this time each year to share experiences and support each other in their work for CAFOD.
