The successes and challenges of the IF campaign

On the 25th October at Lea Road URC, Wolverhampton, CAFOD took part in an important discussion on three key themes:

 Hungry for Change,

Enough Food for Everyone IF: Tax Justice for Everyone IF,

Ways Forward for the IF Campaign.

The event was ecumenical and inter-agency: there were two speakers, CAFOD’s director Chris Bain (left) and Christian Aid’s Regional Coordinator John Cooper (right) and around 60 people attended the event.

The speakers both talked about the successes and challenges of the IF campaign and how it is vitally important to keep campaigning on the issue of hunger and food security.
