Warwick deanery Supporters gather for a CAFOD Mass and to hear stories of our work in Bolivia

Yesterday evening, CAFOD Supporters across the Warwick deanery gathered to celebrate a CAFOD Mass offered by Fr Laszczyk. Supporters stood in solidarity with refugees through prayer, reflecting on the Lampedusa Cross and writing messages of hope to refugees in the UK and around the world.

Ruth Flores from CAFOD’s Latin America team then shared stories of CAFOD’s work in Bolivia which will be our country focus this Harvest Fast Day and Lizzie Wignall (CAFOD Birmingham) shared how we can get involved. We also had the pleasure to welcome our new Step into the Gap Volunteer, Charlotte to the team.

With many thanks to St Mary Immaculate parish for hosting us and many thanks to all who joined.
